Bob Rae Wins Prince Edward Island; Kennedy 2nd

With 8 of 8 meetings reporting, Bob Rae has racked up his second consecutive province, winning the most Liberal Leadership delegates in the province of Prince Edward Island. He previously won the most delegates in Newfoundland & Labrador.

PEI has a history of voting for candidates that dont win the main election. in every leadership election that I know of in recent history this is true. IIRC they even voted for Shelia Copps. if this tradition remains true it’s bad news for Bob Rae.

I didn’t realize Kennedy had that kind of support in PEI.
