Well, it wasn’t easy but I’ve finally made it to Montreal. Air Canada has to be consistently one of the least reliable airlines I have flown (and I fly a lot). Not too bad getting out of L.A. and into Toronto. But my connecting flight to Montreal was late, late, late. It turns out their pilots were still flying another plane from Boston. So we waited, and waited. Then they arrive and there is something wrong with the fuel line, so we waited some more. Then we waited and waited for them to get our bags to the claim area. So, a longer trip than it should have been. So, a couple hours of sleep and off to the Palais des Congres…

P.S. Three cheers for the Dion gang. Even at 3am, they had 2 guys at Trudeau Airport meeting their people. No sign of any other campaign…
