PC Randy Hillier will win.
This is one of the most solidly conservative ridings in the province. Randy Hillier is a known name in the riding (and province) due to his past leadership of the Lanark Landowners Association. His particular brand of conservatism will a find receptive audience in this heavily rural riding.

This riding went Conservative in a big way in the Federal Election of 2006. I can’t see the Tory Tories losing this one. Will Warren Kinsella’s unhealthy obsession with Hillier amplify once Randy is an MPP?
