Harinder Takhar will be carrying the Liberal banner here. There was speculation for awhile as to whether it would be Delaney or Takhar who would run here, however they have settled on Takhar.

Takhar is going down!

David Brown is a pretty good candidate who would otherwise struggle in this riding except for the fact that Harinder is as corrupt as they come at Queen’s Park.

The Ethics Commissioner has found him in contempt of the office he holds, he’s broken numerous rules as an MPP, and is not fit to represent us!

Look for the corruption issue to dominate in this campaign with Brown winning by less than 5% come election day.

David Brown is a solid person. If he run at this hard, he will come very close to winning

Harinder has been putting up lawn signs on public property and on people’s lawns without permission. His campaign is in shambles. I don’t understand why he thinks he will win. Shame on Harinder.

Living in this riding, i can say that it is a fact that Takhar is putting signs on lawns without permission. Happened to me and i had to remove it.

So like the other day I was out strolling near Erin Mills and I found a bunch of Harinder signs in the recycling bins. What a spectacle!

I’ve seen him on the doors lately, and I personally from the South East Asian community have been pressured to support him. I flatly told my community leaders that I would not support a candidate who promised to extend funding to Sikh schools when he was in the Peel Board then see him go against us by supporting the Liberals who are against bringing in other cultures to the public system. Harinder really does not speak for Punjabs everywhere.

Extend the funding to all religions.

I think Mississauga Erindale needs to move towards someone who is neither corrupt or conservative. I look forward in seeing how Shaila Kibria, the NDP candidate will do, I see her signs up everywhere.

Man I was just laughing my face off at the UTM debate. I cannot believe that Harinder Takhar told the NDP candidate when she gave a rebuttle to Harinder’s lies on tuition fees that to “Now it’s time for you to shut up now”. Hell he didn’t even bother to stay for the reception outside. I really have doubts about him winning this riding.

This election is almost done.

So I had the PC candidate David Brown the other day knock my door. He looked friendly and was very soft-spoken and he grew up in Erindale and is a land use planner apparently. He really knows his municipal files.

Tory on the other hand, and the faith based funding I honestly don’t know why the media is out to destroy him. I mean for heaven’s sake Tory is not the Premier of Ontario, he wants to do a study on the issue with a free vote.

This election should be about the Liberal’s record of 4 years in government.

We are dead last in economic growth, hell even PEI is more stronger than us. Thats freaking scary man. What the hell happened to Ontario?? I thought we were the “economic engine” of Canada here. Damn it.

Besides faith based funding, overall I can get over it. Plus Tory has a strong business background working at Rogers. I’m sure he will spend our tax dollars in good judgment.

I think I’ll be changing my vote this election for John Tory.

Takhar is an unethical weasel. His last stint at Queens Park was full of controversy. He was minister of Transport until he was busted by the SUN for breaking his “blind trust” in his company. Then McGuinty was a coward and didn’t want to loose a seat so he shifted Takhar in Small Business!!! Takhar is DIRTY so I guess he will make a good politician. So much for accountability.

Comment/commentaire by Sooth 10.14.07 @ 5:10 pm

Tell me about it.

He does something wrong and instead of getting demoted, the government creates a whole new portfolio to accommodates him!

Damn I wish I had buddies like that.
