The vote tracking in this riding seems to indicate a noticable slip in N.D.P.support.The one thing that the New Democrats have going for them is if the P.C.Party looks to be on its way to majority government, there may be some slippage in the Liberal vote in this riding, this may be enough to ensure a win for the N.D.P. in this riding.

The incumbent here is well liked and a good MP. He was unknown last time and still won. Though I admit this is a tough riding to predict I think a lot would have to happen for an NDP victory here. Kevin’s comment assumes as well that slippage in Liberal vote will go to the NDP and I don’t think you can make that assumption either.

I think Kamp will win by more than last time.

Conservative win. NDP down provincewide

The more the message gets out in this riding that its’ a two horse race (NDP/Conservative), the more likely soft liberal supporters will go to the NDP. If this happens it will be a closer race than the polls show.

Campaign worker for the NDP

I agree with the above. The Liberals are slipping and the NDP rising in all of the NDP-Conservative races in BC. While I would hesistate to call this for the NDP, they have a strong shot at it.
