could be conservative country (has the profile) - maybe not this election

Andre Bellavane has been a dreadful MP. remember he was the one who refused to provide Canadian flags for Canadian war veterans in the riding who requested them.
With the tories fielding a strong candidate in Jean landry, and the Liberals with calgary native greenhorn Louis Mercier, who will be further hampered by the coming extinction of the Liberal Party outside of montreal, and the positive reception of the harper plan for Quebec, not to mention Dumont’s endorsement, we could well see the blue wave wash over this riding too.

If only Harper could have convinced André Bachand to come back to politic… the tories would have regained that riding.
